This card has residue from the bubble gum stick which can only be seen by turning the card just right to catch the light. Otherwise it has sharp corners with only the slightest ding or corner wear. Centering is 70/30. All of which is actually within the Near Mint range. Bu]t some consider the bubble gum stain an instant Poor condition.
This is a vintage non-sport trading card from the 1969 Dark Shadows TV series. The card is from the 2nd series with a green border, manufactured by Philadelphia Gum. It includes a quote from the show and is part of a puzzle set.
My camera or scanner doesn't do green very well.

Gem Mint (GMT): (10.0) A flawless card, Centered perfectly.
Mint (MT): (9.0-9.5) A perfect card. Visially a perfectly centered card. Four sharp, square corners.
Near Mint/Mint (NM/MT): (8.0-8.5) A visially perfect card but looking close may have slight fraying at one corner only, or a minor printing imperfection. Centering must be 65/35 to 70/30.
Near Mint (NM): (7.0-7.5) Almost package fresh but may have slight surface wear when held close in bright light. Corners may be slightly fuzzy on two, maybe three corners. Slightly out of focus picture is OK, as is a minor printing smudge . Centering must be 70/30 to 75/25 or better.
Excellent/Near Mint (EX/NM): (6.0-6.5) Card may have a teeny ding or printing defect. Centering must be 80/20 or better on the front. A very light scratch. Corners might be a litle fuzzy. Picture focus can be a little annoying.
Excellent (EX): (5.0-5.5) Corners are still pretty sharp with only a bit of separation of layers. Centering off as much as 85/15. No creases. May have ink smear. Surface slightly less shiny.
Very Good/Excellent (VG/EX): (4.0-4.5) Shows obvious handling and love, but still looks nice. Corners may be rounded or have minor creases. No major creases, tape marks or writing. Still shiny. May have paper wrinkles. No gum, wax or other packaging stains. Centering may be as poor as 95/5.
Very Good (VG): (3.0-3.5) A well-worn card. May be off -center with no border visible. May have major or multiple creases. No writing, tape marks or holes. Corner rounding past the border. May have a very slight gum or wax stain.
Good (GD) (2.0-2.5) Shows excessive wear, damage or abuse; such as thumb tack holes, tape, gum stick or paste residue, small tears missing a chunk or creases so heavily as to break the cardboard. Backs may have writing.
