For your consideration is Vogue 1173, an unused sewing pattern for making dressy tops and skirts with variations.  In Misses' sizes 6 - 10.  

This pattern is new, uncut and in excellent condition.  The pattern tissue is still factory folded; complete with instructions.  It has been stored in my always-climate-controlled home since I purchased it from an estate sale of a seamstress.  From a smoke-free home.
