This appears to be a rare cover variation. I do not see this video with this cover elsewhere.

This item is new old stock, still in its original packaging. It is still sealed, however outer packaging may show some minor signs of storage wear. Some minor scratches in the outer plastic. A price sticker was also removed from the top left corner. See photos.
