IRON-ON APPLIQUÉ INSTRUCTIONS

·      Please read all instructions before starting to avoid damage to your appliqué or garment.

·      Test first: Always test on a small, hidden area of your fabric to ensure it can handle heat and that the adhesive bonds properly.

·      Fabric compatibility: Use only on cotton or cotton/poly blends.

·      Do NOT use on: rayon, nylon, tri-acetate, or any heat-sensitive fabrics.

·      Pre-wash required: Wash and dry your item before applying. Factory finishes can prevent adhesion. 

·      Follow all safety warnings on individual iron and fabric.

Ironing Patches with Household Iron

Preheat iron to the highest setting (NO steam) for the type of cloth used. Use a hard, flat heat-resistant surface. Preheat fabric by pressing the garment for 20 seconds where the appliqué will go, then carefully place the appliqué in the desired location. Protect your iron and cloth by covering the applique with a thin cotton pressing cloth or silicon ironing sheet. To iron on, apply heat by pressing straight down firmly for approx. 30–40 seconds. Do NOT move the iron back and forth. Then turn the garment inside out and press again for 30–40 seconds. If the adhesion is weak increase heat, pressure, or pressing time slightly and test again. Note: Household irons vary—adjust time, temperature, and pressure as needed. Always test first.

RETURNS:

We accept returns according to the following guidelines.  Items for returns must have a return request within 30 days of receipt of shipment.  Returns due to a customer's choice or error will be refunded minus the cost of shipping and handling. The return shipping cost is responsibility of customer.  All return items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging and accessories.  Clothing returns are only accepted if they are unused, unworn, and unwashed.  Items in sealed retail packages must be unopened. 

Returns due to our error or problems with the item will be refunded in full; please contact us so that we can help solve any problems.  

Contact us directly for a return form and address in case you need to exchange or to return items.  All returns must be received by us within 15 days of the approved return request; any returns over this time period will be sent back to the sender without a refund.
