YES!  You can revive/recharge your defective 18 volt "Milw Red" cordless drill Li-ion battery pack with ease. 

Don't throw away that "Bad" cordless drill battery pack!  Buy our device and connect one side to the "Bad" battery pack and then connect a 100% fully charged battery pack to the other side of the device.  The voltage on the "Bad" battery pack is below the required threshold needed for the battery charger to recognize that it is a verified actual battery pack.  By connecting the good 100% fully charged battery pack to the other side of the device and leave them connected for 10 to 20 mins, this will transfer enough voltage to the "Bad" battery pack.  Then it can be recharged with the original battery charger again.  Then you will have a new battery pack again.  This process is basically transferring voltage from the good 100% charged battery pack to the "Bad" battery pack.  It's imperative to use a 100% fully charged battery pack each attempt.  You are slowly reviving the "Bad" battery pack to a voltage that the original charger can verify its is an actual battery pack that was made to be charged by the
