All items will be dispatched royal mail, yodel, Hermes, and DPD within 24 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. It most cases items take 1-2 working days to arrive; however we do advise buyers to wait at least 3-5 working days before contacting us.International orders can take between 5-10 working days to arrive after dispatch.We have very low postage rates that do not supplement our profits and we offer free postage on many of our listings!Please email us for accurate International postage rates.

1. By placing an order you agree to the fact that all items purchased will be exactly the same as the item shown in the photo. Therefore you accept to ensure you order the correct item by referring to the photo.
2. All part numbers are for reference purposes only.
3. We accept no liability for the accuracy of information contained on product detail pages or on the website, which may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. However, this does not affect your statutory rights or remedies.
4. Technical specifications and measurements are approximate values unless specifically stated otherwise. We cannot exclude variations in appearance like colours of the goods shown on the website against the goods you receive physically.
5. All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to supply you with substitute goods of equivalent quality and same measurements if the goods you ordered are not available.
6. We hold all copyright and title to all documentation relating to the goods delivered to you by us and this documents may not be used for other purposes than intended in the contract without our permission. It must be returned on demand.
7. You may not remove, alter, deface, obfuscate or tamper with any of the trade marks, names or numbers affixed to or marked on the goods nor allow anyone else to do so.
8. Claims for non-delivery are not accepted under any circumstances unless the Recorded Delivery option is paid and selected for.
9. Damaged or faulty items must be returned before a replacement or refund is issued, as this is a requirement of Royal Mail's claims policy.
10. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.
11. In case product become faulty during the period of the warranty for reasons incoherent to your acts, omissions or misuse of the goods, you must promptly notify us in writing and/or by completing a warranty claim form (including the description of the fault) and return the products to us. After reviewing and testing the goods we will decide whether to provide a replacement product of the same or superior quality and the same specifications without charge or not to provide a replacement. We shall have no further liability to you after this decision. After the expiry of the warranty we shall charge the standard list price in case goods become faulty and you request a replacement.
12. If you do not comply with the procedures and regulations related to the warranty stated in these terms and conditions and the contract between you and us, we will have no liability concerning any claim.
13. The above warranty is given by us without having any liability for any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, tampering of the goods, incorrect fitting of the goods by you and/or a third party, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our and/or the goods' manufacturers' instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the goods by you and/or a third party without our approval.
14. The right to make a claim on the guarantee is not transferable.
15. Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any labour costs that may incur if there any problems with the part once fitted.

1. WARRANTY ON TURBOCHARGER / CARTRIDGE

   Turbocharger warranty lasts for 12 months from the date of invoice or 24,000 miles whichever falls first.

   • Turbocharger cartridge warranty lasts for 12 months from the date of invoice.
   • Please call us before returning turbocharger/cartridge. It may be possible that we can consult you and help to fix the problem without returning the turbocharger/cartridge to us. Please note that all turbochargers returned under warranty will be returned to you once the turbocharger is repaired. If the Turbocharger/cartridge is returned to us as faulty and found to be damaged by incorrect fitting a report will be given and a charge for repair will be offered.

   WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE/ COVER:

   • money refunds;
   • labour costs;
   • ancillary charges such as removal and refitting/hire of vehicles etc.;
   • any damage caused to the engine or vehicle by the failed turbocharger.

   YOUR WARRANTY WILL BE INVALID IF:

   • You can't support a warranty claim with a valid main dealer invoice for the required parts(oil filter, air filter, new oil, banjo bolts, oil feed pipe, drain pipe - other parts may also need to be changed, please refer to the fitting instructions) and invoice from a professional garage/mechanic for fitting parts mentioned above. Your turbocharger will have any visible impact damage. For example, if your turbocharger cartridge compressor wheel is damaged by fell-in nut. Actuator housing has to be undamaged as well.
   • Your turbocharger cartridge housing and inside parts will be blue in colour. This is a symptom of overheating which happens because of oil starvation.
   • If the turbocharger/cartridge returned to us as faulty and found to be damaged by incorrect fitting/contamination from other parts of the vehicle are not covered under the warranty
   • If you are not able to provide our warranty sheet and invoice issued with the purchase.
   • If your turbocharger seals are broken unless you have prior permission from us to do so in writing.
   • If your vehicle ECU was remapped.
2. Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the car part.
3. Limitation of Liability: D2P Autoparts shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the warranted part.
4. Governing Law: This warranty is governed by the laws of England. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Act 1996. By purchasing the car part from D2P Autoparts, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these warranty terms and conditions. D2P Autoparts reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
