This vintage original combination tool is for pulling reeds on pump organs. It was found inside the organ that my family has owned 

for decades. 

Please notice that one end is the screwdriver and the other end has a small notch that was used in working with the reeds.

It measures 8" long.The circle portion of the combination tool measures 1" in diameter.
