Sage GFL Graphite Fly Rod (Factory Marked “DEMO”) – 680 GFL – 8’ 6wt – 2¾oz Length: 8’ 0” Line weight: 6 wt Rod weight: 2¾ oz Configuration: 3-piece, 2 tips (one tip missing a guide – see notes below) Model: 680 GFL Series: GFL (Graphite Fly Rod) Marking: Factory marked “DEMO” Accessories: Includes the original Sage cloth bag. Aluminum tube is non-original, showing normal cosmetic wear; tube remains solid and functional. The rod itself is in good overall condition, showing honest cosmetic wear consistent with use. The blank appears straight when sighted. Ferrules seat smoothly and hold tight. One tip section is missing a guide and will require re-guiding before fishing. There is a small localized lacquer/finish touch-up on the butt section and a minor finish touch-up at the end of one guide. No cracks, structural damage, or major repairs are noted. Please inspect photos carefully for condition details. The Sage GFL series represents Sage’s classic early graphite trout rods, known for their smooth, progressive actions and versatility. The 680 GFL is a capable 6-weight suitable for streamers, larger dries, and general all-around freshwater fishing. The factory “DEMO” marking indicates original dealer demonstration use and does not denote a special model or limited edition.
