The grades are the grades, if you do not agree with the grade that PSA has given the card, no refunds will be offered.

The outer casing may have scratches on the surface. No refunds will be offered for a "scratched" or "damaged" case. These scratches happen over time / in transit and is often unavoidable. If you do not like scratches on the casing of your graded cards, send it back to PSA to be re-cased.
