This is the 1954 Enya .09 (Model 3001) model airplane engine. This low-time engine turns over smoothly with powerful compression. This is the first version of the .09 Enya produced and in my experience is an uncommon engine. This engine would have been personally built/lapped by one of the Enya brothers.
