Very unique vintage mid centery modern barware, stainless steel with a beautiful butterscotch Brown Bakelite handle. This is a retro cocktail ice cracker or tapper. I have also seen it listed as a cocktail stirrer. It is in excellent used condition. I do not see any makers marks.
