This is an authentic, early-production Creek Chub Baby Pikie Minnow, a classic of American fishing history. 

Manufactured in Garrett, Indiana, this lure features the iconic wooden body and vibrant glass eyes sought by collectors. The metal diving lip is clearly stamped with the September 7, 1920 patent date and the C.C.B. Co. manufacturer mark. The "Pikie" scale pattern remains visible, showcasing the "true-to-nature" craftsmanship that made Creek Chub famous.

Condition:

• Overall: Used, vintage condition with honest "fishing character".
• Body: Shows moderate paint loss, specifically around the nose and top of the head, exposing the wood underneath. No major structural cracks observed.
• Eyes: Both glass eyes are intact and well-set.
