My understanding that this helmet was presented by Motorola to the former owner back in the early 1990's as a promotional desk trophy and lived it's life in a display cabinet... which is evident by it's excellent condition, with no dirt, damage or indication of ever being worn.

There is one small spot on the inside of the chin strap (please see pic), which I believe might be original to its manufacture... but other than that, a real nice piece.

Very unique, this helmet is well suited to crown any collection.
