Very pretty frame.  In good condition. Fits photo size 4×6. Approx. The frame itself measures 7×6. Unsigned . Unknown maker . Free standing . I have not polished it but I never do polish my silver or silver plated items . I leave that up to the buyer because I know some like it polished had some don't.
