The Necklace adjusts as short as 18" up to 20" The Cut beads are a light Plum color I am not sure if they are Quartz but they do have the Brilliance of Quartz.
Bib is 4.5 inches wide and 1.5" tall each cut bead is .75" diameter .25" tall. The Goldtone finish is frosted or brushed NOT shinny!
