EU shipments over €150 (EURO) value:
Following Brexit, shipments between the EU and the UK are considered as export sales. This means that orders would not be charged VAT upfront. For EU shipping destinations eBay would make this easier by automatically displaying listings at the 0% VAT rate. You will instead be required to pay import VAT and duties to our courier to complete the delivery.
EU shipments under €150 (EURO) value:
For orders under this value, eBay would collect the taxes upfront so the price you see would be the total required to be paid. This would be detailed on the checkout page to ensure hassle free delivery.
Rest of the World shipments :
Before you buy anything in our ebay store, please contact us using eBay messaging system so we can calculate shipping costs and deduct UK VAT. If shipping costs to your country are already provided, It means we will ultilise included into the price UK VAT against the shipping costs. Import duties, local VAT or your other local taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyers responsibility and most likely you will be aksed to pay it in order to release goods from the customs, our couriers will guide you through as they well prepared so whole process should be smooth and fast.
Warranty:
Most of ours products , if not otherwise stated in product description, comes with Manufacturer UK and EU warranty . In case that manufacturer wouldn't authorise warranty repair in your country, you can still send a faulty item back to us for warranty repair but in this case you will be responsible for the shipping charges to and from the UK. Please mind to select correct reason for export.
