Both batteries are currently not charging and remain at 0%. This is likely due to being left fully discharged for an extended period. I’m unsure how to revive them, but they may still be functional since they retain the following reported capacities:

• BAT0 – 00WH023: 72.9% capacity
  (Long internal battery – bottom, at time of recording)
• BAT1 – 01AV406: 36.0% capacity
  (Short internal battery – top, at time of recording)

Due to the current battery condition, the laptop powers on only when connected to the charger
