... Parmigiani.... Though it has been a mere thirty years since Michel
Parmigiani commenced his career in watch making, he has quickly made a
name for himself as a leading avant-garde Swiss watch making brand. He
began restoring timepieces during his youth, thus fueling his already
present interest in the art of horology. In 1996, Parmigiani Fleurier
launched his first collection and in 12 short years has gained worldwide
renown for his unique, beautiful and complex timepieces. Parmigiani
Fleurier Timepieces have an outstanding level of finish that is
virtually unparalleled. Even though it may never be visible, each
component is chamfered, polished, and sometimes hand-engraved. The
craftsmen watchmakers of the manufacture devote hundreds of hours to
this work with the aim of enhancing the artistic quality of the

described is a Swiss made Parmigiani Tonda Metrographe
PFC274-0001404-XC1442 polished Stainless Steel round shaped case
measuring 40mm diameter. Fixed bezel. Automatic movement, power reserve
up to ± 42 hours . Displays a snailed and opaline black colour dial
with Applied rhodium plated index hour markers with luminous fill,
skeleton delta-shaped hands, tachymeter scale, fine printed
minutes/seconds & fractions of a second track at outer rim. Small
seconds sub-dial at 3 o'clock, Elongated date window below 12 o'clock
positions, Chronograph/Stopwatch function: Large central seconds
counter hand, 30 seconds counter sub-dial located at the 9 o'clock
position, 12 hour counter sub-dial located at the 6 o'clock position.
Steel crown, pushers. Scratch resistant anti reflective both sides
Sapphire crystal, viewable caseback, back engraving: individual number.

Tonda Metrographe PFC274-0001404-XC1442 polished Stainless Steel round
shaped case …. Parmigiani Fleurier has revisited the aesthetics of the
first watch designed by its founder, introducing a new dial. The Black
coloured dial has an opaline finish which features a captivating
texture decoration. The only element that stands out is the large,
curved aperture of the date while the chronograph functions are
relaxed. The background color of the date contrasts with the dial
color. The bezel has a slimed downed sporty look with a fine finish ,
a nice detail for this watch and tachymeter scale along the rim side. .
It’s about looks (good!) and what’s inside. The Metrographe, is the
perfect combination in design with modern execution. Thanks to the
excellent, calibre, the Metrographe is an extremely precise watch and
is perfect for those who favor extraordinary levels of accuracy from
mechanical timepieces. This wonderful automatic movement with 42 -hour
power reserve as seen through the sapphire crystal caseback. The case
of this watch is beautifully finished Nobel metal, intricately smooth
bezel to contrast the dial. To round off the design, the dial
features nice detailing, with a refine leather strap and deployment
buckle. When considered as a whole, the overall aesthetic is further
