Up for auction we have a very unique fine bisque porcelain baby doll named Sara. I was informed that it has glass eyes, and porcelain: head, legs, arms, feet, and hands. This beautiful Caucasian girl measures 18“ tall, 11” wide and 5” thick. She is signed on the back of her neck by Connie Walser Derek. The pretty outfit closes in the back with tiny metal snaps and was hand-tailored. The head is attached to the stuffed body with plastic tie, each arm is cloth down to the elbow where it becomes porcelain, and the legs are cloth to below the knee where it becomes porcelain. The doll is in excellent condition with NO cracks, chips or repairs. She has hand painted: eye brows, lips and rosy cheeks but with real upper eye lashes! She is wearing a very pretty print fabric dress with lace fringes. This pretty doll will make a great gift! Please e-mail me with any questions you might have.
