The Mimac Babydrop is a compact, table-top automatic cookie depositor designed for small to medium-sized bakeries, offering high versatility in producing varied pastries, cookies, and meringues. Featuring a 7-inch touchscreen, it offers easy programming for up to 200 recipes and supports wire-cut, rotary, and stationary nozzle configurations.
The machine was wired directly to power. Additionally, this machine was used for soft cookies and macarons. It does not come with any cut dies. The machine used the nozzles that come with it, but not cut dies.
