BRAND NEW in an UNOPENED SEALED Package. 

The package is in nice shape with minor shelf edge wear/corner dings.  Check out all my pictures for condition. They are photos of the ACTUAL ITEM you are bidding on. I put a can of Coke next to it to show size/scale.
