This vintage olive drab canvas bag is a U.S. Military Surgical

Instrument Set (Small Operating Field), a specialized medical kit used by field medics or surgical teams during the mid-20th century.

Based on the canvas color and stenciled markings, this set is most likely from the post-WWII to Vietnam War era. Similar kits with
