  • BATTERY FAILURE: The internal battery is significantly degraded, showing a health reported at 26%. The device will require a power adapter for consistent use and may shut down quickly if unplugged.
  • COSMETIC DEFECT: A portion of the rubber foot on the bottom of the chassis is missing. This may cause the unit to sit unevenly or slide on flat surfaces.
