Each bear and accessory is inspected, prepped, and packed by our heartwarming crew of neurodiverse/special-needs adults—basically a tiny quality-control dream team with big feelings. Prep may include a spa day (washing), a fluff upgrade (restuffing), or a piece swap if we have the right parts available. Please check photos and the description for condition—everything is sold as-is, but packed with care and good vibes.
