spiral comb bound, handling wear, has moisture rippling on all pages with very light stain along the right edge and some along spine; discoloration on a couple of pages due to stored newspaper clippings.  It's a nice cookbook (the recipes) and the pages look good, the moisture rippling is a little distracting (to me turning the pages) however when using the cookbook they are no problem
