OVERVIEW

The Ironman Radial RB-12 is a touring all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles.

The tire features a symmetric five-rib tread pattern that ensures excellent all weather traction. The siping detail of the tread design firmly grips the road surface in dry, wet and winter weather and ensures a safer driving experience. The tread pattern's slotted shoulders, siping detail and wide circumferential grooves also avoid hydroplaning. They actively disperse water and slush from beneath the tire's footprint and ensure a safer driving experience in all conditions.

The maintained road contact is guaranteed with the five-rib symmetric tread pattern. It ensures a more secure drive as it upgrades the steering responsiveness and driving stability as the five-rib design provides a larger tire footprint. The steering becomes quick and precise, while the tire is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting it. The safer driving experience is further ensured with the tread design's shoulder tread blocks. They increase the number of biting edges and boost the cornering and maneuvering ability and power greatly, guaranteeing better controllability and a safer drive in all weather.

The larger footprint also lengthens the tread life and the tire usability. The symmetric five-rib design evenly distributes the forces of acceleration, cornering and braking across the tire's surface. This equal distribution of the driving pressure prevents irregular tread wear from forming across the tread area, which extends the tire's tread life.

The Radial RB-12's tread design is computer optimized. The variable pitch tread block design ensures a quiet and comfortable driving experience as they create a sound frequency that negates the road noise while the tires are in motion. Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
