The Nexen Roadian AT Pro RA8 is an all terrain, all weather tire manufactured for SUVs and light trucks. Nexen offers a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty with the P-metric sizes and a 40,000 mile treadwear warranty with LT-sizes of this model.

The tires pattern's micro-grooves, or siping design, increase its wet, dry and winter weather traction both on- and off-road. The tire firmly grips the road in all of these conditions. The zigzag grooves and multi-kerf design prevent dangerous hydroplaning by dispersing water from below the tire footprint. The enhanced road gripping ability and hydroplaning resistance on all road surfaces improve the year round driving safety.

The tread's staggered center block and reinforced biting edges increase the all terrain traction. The tire is capable of conquering all soft, loose and uneven weather conditions. Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
