Only two seat pads gone flat? Order two. Need five backs and three bases? Order five and three. You're not forced into a set that includes cushions you don't need, and you can top up later in the same colour.

Measure your existing cushion, not the frame. Two minutes now saves a return later.

Between two sizes?
Go for the slightly larger one. A cushion a centimetre or two over will settle into the frame and look full. One that's under leaves a visible gap and slides about. If you're unsure, message us with your measurements before ordering — we'd rather help you get it right first time.

Getting the most years out of them
These are made for average UK outdoor conditions. Treat them as you would any good garden cushion and they'll last you seasons.
In heavy or persistent rain — bring them in, or throw a cover over the set. They'll shrug off a shower, but a full day of downpour is asking a lot of any outdoor fabric.
In extreme heat — move them into shade. Prolonged direct sun during a heatwave will take the edge off any coloured outdoor fabric over time, and shade is the simplest way to keep the colour looking new.
Over winter — store them somewhere dry. Make sure they're fully dry before they go away, and they'll come out in spring the way they went in.

10cm of foam
A proper deep seat rather than a thin pad. Firm enough to hold its shape through a season of use instead of flattening after a few weekends.

Water resistant fabric
[Polyester] outdoor fabric that sheds showers and dew rather than soaking them up. Wipes clean with a damp cloth.

Custom sizes
Rattan sets vary far more than people expect. Odds are your size is here — and if it isn't, ask, because we add sizes as we're asked for them.

Cheaper than a new set
The frames on most rattan sets outlast the cushions by years. Replacing the pads costs a fraction of replacing the furniture, and the set looks new again.
Questions people ask
Can I leave them out in the rain?
They'll handle a shower or overnight damp without trouble. They are water resistant, not waterproof, so a full day of heavy rain will eventually work through. If persistent rain is forecast, bring them in or cover the set.
What about a heatwave?
Move them into shade. These are made for average UK conditions, and sustained direct sun during genuinely hot spells will take the edge off any coloured outdoor fabric over time. Shade is the easiest way to keep them looking new.
Do I get a set, or one cushion?
One cushion per unit, in the size and colour you choose. Add as many as you need to the basket that way you only pay for what you're actually replacing.
How do I clean them?
Wipe over with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let them dry fully before putting them away. Don't machine wash them it breaks down the fabric's water resistance.

Message us with your measurements. We can often sort something out, and we add new sizes to the range as people ask for them.
What if they're not right?
