The Vintage Vaseline Uranium Glass Lamp, in an opaque yellow-green color, is a beautiful and rare collectible item with a beautiful glow under a black light. This 15-inch table lamp features a corded electric power source and a glossy finish, typical of the Art Deco style popular in the 1920s-1940s. Made of uranium glass/vaseline glass, it has a design and color that adds a touch of artistry to any space. Easy to install and original in production, this vintage lamp is a perfect addition to any antique or collectibles collection. The electric power cord is old and in “as found” condition. The lamp is in working condition, but I suggest having it rewired. The glass appears to be hand cut with a smooth ground glass bottom which is 5 1/8” in diameter. The lamp is 15” tall to the top of the socket. There is no shade or harp. I have owned this lamp for approximately 15 years and have never been able to identify the manufacturer. It is in good condition without any cracks or chips evident, only some imperfections in the old glass.
