Outfit is made from cotton fabric.  This print has assorted flowers on cream background. There is cream lace on the bottom.  In her hands is a flower. On her neck is a ribbon.  On her head is a straw hat. Dress and head piece have elastic for ease of fitting.  All seams and edges are surged to prevent raveling. 

Dress is made in the USA. Comes from a clean, smoke free home.
