  • Description: Offered here is a copy of the 1924 edition of the "Ramikin", the yearbook of the Mechanics Institute in Rochester, New York. In 1944 the institute adopted the name Rochester Institute of Technology. Please carefully review the photos as they are part and parcel of our description.

  • Additional Information The yearbook was first published in 1912. The school was known as the Rochester Athaeneum and Mechanics Institute. It includes information about Fraternities, Sororities and Clubs such as:
    • Phi Sigma Phi
    • Chi Epsilon Phi
    • Chi Delta Phi
    • Phi Upsilon Phi
    • Alpha Psi
    • Delta Omicron
    • Eta Beta Pi Club
    • Men and Women athletic teams
    • Also, many vintage ads for local Rochester businesses

  • Size: Measures 7 3/4" x 10 1/4".

  • Condition: The book has a total of 208 pages and is has a great many photographs and period local advertising. Cover is stamped leather. Overall the book is in very good condition with no rips, tears or stains. Interior cover page has name of original owner. Balance of pages are bright and clean with several pages having minor writing in ink mostly signatures of classmates. There is a small corner tear in the first page, but that is the only one we have seen. Please see photos for additional condition information.

  • Refunds are given for purchase price upon return of the item. Postage and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Your payment is due to us within 10 days from auction close, unless you notify us in advance of your intent to be late.
  • We will inform you, via e-mail, when we receive your payment and when we ship your item.
