This brown lace parasol open and closes perfectly, and has a latch to keep it open. The lace is in excellent condition, no holes, snags, or any damage. ***The plastic handle has a lot of wear to the black paint--please see all photos***.  That is the only damage to this item. The spokes are all in good condition.

This parasol measures 24" long and open it measures 29" across.
