Vintage Japanese porcelain figural bell by Toshikane, Arita, depicting Fukurokuju - one of the seven lucky gods associated with wisdom, longevity and good fortune.
This finely detailed piece features Fukurokuju with his characteristic long white beard and staff, beautifully hand painted with delicate facial features and traditional robes. The bell retains its original clapper and produces a gentle tone when rung.
Produced in the mid 20th century (circa 1950s - 1970s). Toshikane pieces are well regarded for their Akita porcelain and collectible figural designs.
Good vintage condition with no visible cracks or chips. Not boxed.
