In good preowned condition. No stains, rips, holes, or tears. There is some minor pilling on the inside of jacket just on the fleece lined side panels. This is truly an amazing and super flattering coat. The best coat I have ever owned, it just no longer fits me. It makes a great transitional coat to wear in the fall or spring, but also keeps me warm enough in the winter. Comes from a pet free and smoke free home.
