  • Any previously assigned grades (slabbed items) reflect the grading company’s opinion at the time of encapsulation. 

  1. Authenticity & Alterations 

  • All items are believed to be authentic. Where applicable, serial numbers, certification numbers, and distinguishing features are recorded prior to shipment for fraud prevention. 

  • Tampering, swapping, or altering the item will void any return eligibility. 

  1. Sealed Product (If Applicable) 

  • Sealed boxes/packs/tins are sold as factory sealed; no guarantee is made as to specific contents, insert odds, or pull rates. Once opened, the product is considered used and is not returnable. 

  1. Returns & Disputes 

  • Returns are accepted only pursuant to the stated return policy on this listing and eBay’s policies. 

  • Returns must include the exact same item in the same condition as shipped, with all serial numbers and identifiers matching seller’s records. 

  • Buyer’s remorse, grading outcomes, or preference-based condition disputes do not constitute “item not as described.”

  • Tracking is provided; signature confirmation may be required for higher-value orders. Seller is not liable for carrier delays once the package is accepted by the carrier. 

  • Buyer agrees to carefully inspect upon receipt and contact seller through eBay within 48 hours of delivery regarding any issues, providing clear photos and a detailed description.
