The dress runs a bit small so please check the measurements against your needs.

Laying flat and zippered:
armpit to armpit 19"

top of shoulder to bottom of dress in front 51"

across waist (with belt untied) 15.5" (no stretch in the waist)

from the waist to the bottom of the dress in the front-just under 35"

The first few photos are stock photos from a website where the dress is still for sale.  The last photos are of the actual dress that I have.

I did not find any stains or tears.  The dress is in very good condition.
