This magnetically shielded speaker system inherits the sound of the NS-10M, a small studio monitor, while employing Yamaha's unique, newly developed magnetic shielding method (A-Mag).
The NS-10MX and NS-10MPRO share the same design except for the magnetic shielding circuit, internal wiring, and tweeter area. The large speaker terminals and crossover network are also the same design.
Furthermore, the NS-10MX features improved low-frequency resolution and a higher-frequency signal-to-noise ratio.
