Condition is ok New in sealed blister packaging. Creasing at corners and shelfware. The blue cards are in better condition. Although the Assault Commander has gotten some kind of sand or dirt inside probably the opening at the bottom of the blister. **See last few pics**

A: Easy to figure out from the pics… If you see a Box then yes, if you don’t see a box then it’s not included.
