Checked the disk condition and the only one with quite a bit of scratches is AC3, picture is attached.

Assassins Creed 2 missing manual and has gamestop sticker on back of case.

There is also a playstation move disk included.

Cases have normal scratches/scuffs

Batman was just freshly opened, because the disk was moving around inside the plastic wrapped case. Never played before.
