Mattel Barbie as the Island Princess Singing Luciana Doll Works 2006?

Neck stamped  mattel inc 2003 and back stamped 2006.  See pictures.

I wasn't able to upload the video of her singing so I might be able to send in message if would like to see it

She is in good condition but I am not sure if her hair came like this or if someone cut it

Was purchased from a large barbie estate sale

Her knees bend and she has only one jointed elbow

She does have a few small marks
