Up for bid are a pair of Birkenstock QO500 lace-up sneakers for women in a size 37, in the regular/wide width. That is US size 6-6.5. These are excellent shoes for professional use, like restaurants, healthcare, etc, or just for a nice walk-about! The upper is black leather with a white rubber edge. The footbed is lovely-- the trusted cork with a soft microfiber footbed lining. The white rubber edges do have some dirt/wear just simply from having been outside, but I expect that could be cleaned up. The left shoe has a light scuff on the leather near the big toe, I think from me catching my foot on a stair. See photos. But otherwise, these are in great shape, and the cork is ready to be properly molded to someone's feet. 

I wore these shoes for about a week, after which I didn't need them for the job anymore. They're comfy, supportive, and just overall great for standing on your feet for long periods, and I'd rather someone who actually does that to take advantage of them.

• Upper material: Natural leather. The natural leather that we use is mostly smooth leather, in some cases tumbled leather. This type of leather has many special characteristics, such as breathability, adaptation to the shape of the foot and durability.
• Insole: Microfibre. Microfibre is a skin-friendly material which is soft and yet tear-resistant. Because they are free of animal products they are used as the covering material for the lining of footbeds in vegan products, among other things.
• Footbed material: Cork. Cork is a sustainable material extracted from the bark layer of the cork oak. This natural product is insulating and offers very good cushioning.
