All crystals are sold “as-is, as-shown” in
the listing. I try to show all surface areas of item(s), especially if marked,
scratched, or any druzy spots.
ALL PACKAGES ARE SENT BY USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE
(2-5 DAY DELIVERY).
NOTE – I do not combine shipping for
multiple orders, due to the size and weight of the packaging (I use a lot of
packing materials to protect the items). There’s a higher chance of damage
during shipping and the bigger/heavier the box, the more I am charged by USPS.
I’ve lost quite a bit of earnings on overweight packages. Please keep this in
mind if you purchase more than one listing from me. Thank you!
If your item(s) arrives broken, I need detailed pics of
the broken item(s) along with pictures of all sides of the box, including a
clear view of the mailing label. This information is needed to file a
claim for reimbursement from the postal service.
