I currently do not have a CPU to bench test this at the moment. However, there is obvious physical damage. One of the PCI slots is completely missing and the USB 3.0 has bent pens and cracked housing. There is a DC dashboard plug-in that appears to be in good shape along with heat sinks, and socket lock bracket.
