Little Dot mk. II w/ Vintage TubesGreat headphone amp that doesn't just "get you into tubes" but will likely have you stick with it. I have bough and sold tube amps that cost ££££, but it's my Little Dot mk. II that stuck around because it delivers on what everyone talks about -
that tube sound. Works brilliantly with high impedance dynamic driver headphones, particularly Sennheiser HD600 (not included). However, my favourite pairing was with the HD560s (not included). That headphone's better extension allows for even more expansive staging/tube experience, to my ear. Anyway, there's plenty of information online on how good this amp is and what to pair it with. I'm selling as I'm moving country soon and wish to travel light.
Included/installed are vintage Mullard tubes. These tubed enhanced how natural the tonal balance was over the stock tubes and thus further expanded the sound stage.
Condition:
Good overall condition and full working order. The odd scuff, bit of dust and wear from use but tidy overall. No original packaging or cables included.
