Brand new and sealed. Sleeve does have a very minor corner ding on the bottom right on the back.

If you would prefer, I am more than happy to carefully open the shrink wrap prior to shipping and remove the vinyl from the jacket, placing it in an anti-static sleeve and shipping it behind the cover to help prevent seam splits. Just let me know after purchase!
