Features & Selling Points
This is a rare and unusual SEIKO CROWN 19-jewel GF manual winding model with large, raised gold dot indices and an irregular 12-part radial pattern dial.
The Seiko Crown was a hit product at the time, dramatically improving the accuracy and quality of Japanese-made watches and serving as the prototype for the Grand Seiko. While there are many diverse models with various dial designs and case shapes, this particular watch features a rare and well-preserved black mirror dial.
The radial lines connecting the dot indices from the center to the outer edge are striking, and you won't often see such a unique face.
The movement is equipped with Crown's unique Caliber 560, a beautifully curved mechanism that also boasts excellent accuracy.
Condition, Scratches, and Accessories
[Exterior] The exterior shows some minor scratches and scuffs from age and use, but there is no damage that detracts from its overall appearance, giving it a pleasant, worn-in (vintage) feel. There is no peeling, fraying, or deterioration of the gold-plated coating from use, and the overall appearance is in good condition.
[Dial and Hands] The distinctive dial shows some light deterioration such as scratches from age, but the gloss of the black base is still in good condition. The gold dot indices have some slight tarnishing, but there are no missing or repaired parts, and the silver printed lettering and lines are clear and intact. The hands also show some slight tarnishing, but nothing that detracts from their overall appearance. [Crystal] There are some faint scratches that are visible depending on the lighting, but the clarity is not a problem and it is in good condition.
[Crown] It has an unbranded crown, and there is no wear on the teeth from manual winding. Winding and time setting are smooth.
[Movement] There are no signs of moisture ingress and it has a good shine. The accuracy is stable.

Daily Rate & Size
The daily rate is within 30 seconds when laid flat (there may be some positional variation). The case diameter is approximately 35 mm wide, approximately 42 mm high (excluding the crown), approximately 10.5 mm thick, the lug width is 18 mm, and it can easily fit a wrist size of approximately 20 cm.
