1. Professional Installation Strictly Required: This is a used commercial catering component. By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that it MUST be installed, tested, and commissioned by a fully qualified and certified commercial catering engineer.
2. Exclusion of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller absolutely excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, installation, or use of this part. This includes, but is not limited to: loss of profits, loss of business revenue, property damage, fire, injury, or subsequent damage to the appliance itself.
3. Indemnification: The buyer assumes all risks associated with the installation and operation of this component. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold the seller harmless against any and all claims, losses, or damages resulting from incorrect installation, misdiagnosis, bypassing of safety mechanisms, or failure to perform standard safety tests (such as Earth Continuity and Insulation Resistance).
4. Maximum Liability & Returns: We accept returns for genuinely faulty parts (DOA). However, in all cases, the seller's maximum liability is strictly limited to the refund of the original purchase price. We do not, under any circumstances, cover or reimburse engineer call-out charges, diagnostic fees, or installation costs.
(Note: We do not operate a "buy-to-try" policy. Returns will be rejected for parts that have been short-circuited, dry-fired, or damaged during installation. All parts are discreetly security-marked prior to dispatch).
