I will accept returns within the specified time frame in the listing and refunds will only be given once I receive the item back.  Please note I charge a 35% restocking fee on all returns that are not the result of my fault (i.e. I sent you the wrong item or not as described). 35% may sound high but it is to discourage those that like to switch out items with returns.   I'm offering free returns. However, just like big online retailers, when you pay for an item + S/H and you have to return it for a refund with prepaid returns, they don't refund your shipping cost, just the price of the item less the restocking fee if they have one.
