Heavy-duty, straight-line action manual toggle clamp designed for high-force push and pull applications. It is a variant of the standard 640 series that includes the Toggle Lock Plus safety mechanism, which provides a secondary lock to prevent accidental opening caused by vibration.

  • Plunger Travel (Stroke): 4 inches (101.6 mm), which is the longest stroke in DESTACO’s straight-line clamp lineup.
  • Mechanical Advantage: 35:1 (Exerting Force to Applied Force ratio).
  • Threading: 1/2-13 imperial internal plunger thread for fastening spindles.
  • Locking: Can be locked in both the extended and retracted positions.
  • Base Style: Flanged base for secure horizontal mounting
  • Toggle Lock Plus: This patented feature ensures the over-center locking condition is maintained, making it ideal for safety-critical or high-vibration environments like CNC machining or welding.
