These all come with small scuffs and scratches here and there, as any phones would in a working environment. You will receive 6 of each: a main unit, stand, handset, and handset cord, basically the same 4 parts you see in pictures. The pictures are of an example phone that represents the typical quality/wear of any phones you will receive. No instructions or power supply or Ethernet cables included.
